Signed in to the group and what do I find, a photo taken at Steve Doyle's. I
just completed a lapped turnout for Steve that will go in right across the
aisle from this scene in his Chicago transfer yard. In the case of this
turnout, it is a number 5 right with a number 5 left starting inside the frog
of the first turnout. It is a space saver and I have saw these in tight
industrial spaces here in the Twin Cities. I also took an Old Pullman and built
it on PC board ties so I could correct the frog area which was not the best.
These will be for install on Thursday when the Pines and Prairies group meets
at Steve's. I am also looking to see how his new transfer track system works.
The lad has been busy.
