I couldn't disagree more. S scale folks take things too personally. MTH is a company, not a man. I don't like lawsuits, but I don't pretend to know anything about what brought them about. Was MTH successful in their claim? Or were they countersued for false accusations? I don't care... I buy trains. I also don't care what political party Mike belongs to... I buy trains. MTH would probably be the one company that could bridge the gap between scale and hirail better than any other. They already do it in O gauge. No disrespect to our existing mfgs. but having MTH enter S would likely be a good thing for all in my opinion. Having said that, MTH has repeatedly denied any interst in S, so while it sounds good, I will believe it when I see it.
