Hi Bill, I think the key word is competing, if MTH comes in and makes stuff we
don't have now they would be helping our existing manufacturers by expanding
the possible customer base. If MTh does decide to make S scale I don't think
they'll be interested in re-making stuff we already have , I think they'll try
to tap the unsatisfied demand for new products. They are well known so would
add some addition credibility to the S scale scene and maybe drawing in some
new converts. Overall I think the positives outnumber the negatives
