I think it is somewhat ironic that for this list the words American Flyer
are all but banned for discussion here but the SCALE buzz of late is all
about American Flyer. Perhaps the happiest of all here is Ron S because he
will sell the new AF locos and is poised to benefit from the hopeful sale of
his freight cars since they currently represent almost all things in
"modern" S. He has had the door knobs and now A F is making the house..

 

I have really been trying to stay focused on/in 1957. The call of an EL SD45
is pretty big. I don't think I own anything EL.The SD70 in PRR now is legit
and has been done so with NS getting paint scheme help from the PRR T & HS.
Lionel would be foolish to ignore that opportunity.
