Hi Alan, I glue 2 - 1/8" dia magnets to the chuff gear, which I leave in place. The magnets must be 180 deg apart. Then use a magnetic reed switch wired in line with the chuff wire from the Tsunami. This will give you the 4 chuffs/rev, smoke is at 2 chuffs/rev. If you want just the 2 chuffs/rev for the sound, just use one magnet.
