Danny lived 300 miles away at the time. Thankfully he's a couple hundred miles closer now. He said the plastic material used for the backdrop is PVC foam board stocked at most plastics supply houses. After finding the smallest nap roller he could find he rolled on the blue. A local MR friend painted the clouds on the ATSF picture using cloud templates.
