Ask and ye shall receive...

Thanks to your suggestion, the S Scale SIG and I got in touch with Layout
Design Journal editor Byron Henderson and received permission to post the
article online as a PDF. It is available as this month's edition of the S Scale
Journal, here:

http://sscale.org/679/volume-1-no-10-on2-to-s/

I ask that if anybody prints the PDF to share with friends, that they be sure
to include the LDSIG membership information on the final page with the article.
The Layout Design SIG has been generous to give us permission to share this
article and in return it's only decent that we let others know about the LDSIG
so they can consider whether to become members.

Cheers!

- Trevor
