I'm enjoying building the layout and got my first taste of its operating 
potential this weekend as I've now wired the Port Rowan yard. The first train...

... a work train, of course, has successfully arrived in Port Rowan under its 
own power. Some small tweaks to the track were required but they took about 30 
minutes and things are now running smoothly.

Now to get some more terra foama in place around the track, so that derailments 
are an inconvenience instead of a disaster!
