Actually, I was emphasizing the home made number decals on the number boards. Since all this is a work in progress, I still have a lot of work to do in many areas, as has been noted and I already knew. The location of the photograph is high on the list for scenic treatment, but since I work basically alone, these things take time
To make this scene, I disconnected the motor in the locomotive and used the AM headlight for lighting the headlight and number boards. Among the things I would like to improve is the standard AM headlight lense, since it is angled at the rear. The number boards are standard issue AM inserts, but I painted the inside surfaces white to diffuse the light. The numbers are clear decal sheet printed with a black background, which left clear numbers. In closing, I value Uncle Ed's candid commentary, because his layout shows that he has a good working knowledge of that which he speaks. boB Nicholson ___________________________________ --- In [email protected], "Ed" <Loizeaux@...> wrote: > > > now that Uncle Ed has pooped on your scene... > > Not pooping.........advising.
