On3 and On30 are both subsets of O scale.  It is all built to the same 
proportion of 1:48.

you model a freelance RR?  Do you have a real name? (2nd request!) And so 
forth.......

Question #1:  What is your opinion regarding the conversion of this loco to S 
standard gauge?

Question #2:  Can the wheels be spread apart by .135" to the correct gauge for 
S?  Or will they fall off the ends of the axle?  Can the bolster length be 
stretched a bit?

Question #3:  Any suggestions regarding how to deal with a cab, sideframes, 
body, details, etc. that are approximately 25% too large for S scale?
