I can understand Don (and Robin) and Mike's decision, not being a spring
chicken myself and resisting (perhaps too long) retiring fully, but it will be
interesting to see where Mike Wolf takes the line. I have bought a few MTH
items in O scale, prototypes that had beenotherwise unavailable or only in
limited-run, expensive brass imports, and the quality was acceptable if not
always stellar. More recently,MTH has been taking the two-rail scale market
more seriously, so I am hopeful, even though I have probably bought most of the
S scaleI intend to acquire (including a few more goodies from the current
inventory-reduction sale which I didn't really NEED but couldn't resist).As I
think I've observed before, SHS is a major reason why I got into S scale in the
first place.
