Bob, I have never had the kind of customer service and consideration from
any company that equals S-Helper¹s. It was a class act all Œround! Don
responded on Thanksgiving Day to a question that I had emailed the day
before.

I too wish Don, Robin and Mike all the best in this next phase of their
lives :)

More than a couple of years ago, I was photographing Frank Titman's fine
layout in Pennsylvania. I had flown in and out of Newark and arranged to
spend a day with the Thompsons--they put me up for two nights. We had a
great day railfanning with Vic, Howie, and of course, Don. We came back to
a home cooked meal that Robin put together with Howie's help I think. I
wonder if the Mike's Train house folks would do that? That's something that
certainly will change--personal friendships and great service.
