When I was NASG President, folks would refer to my wife Peg as my "First Lady". She didn't quite know how to make of it, but always accompanied me to conventions and showed grace and charm to everyone we came in contact with. In short she was a terrific "First Lady". We husbands all owe a deep debt of gratitude to our better halves for supporting their train nut spouses. This is either a late Mother's Day message for 2012 or and early one for 2013: take your pick. If your wife is tolerant or even active in S Scale to a small degree that is a great & rare thing. Consider yourself to be very lucky. In spite of being an S Scaler for 24 years now and about to be married for 10 years Donna has LOTS of things to say about my train involvement. "Go have a good time" has **never** once been one of them. > > > Thank You, > Bill Lane >
