Several+ years ago, NASG (www.nasg.org) put out a pair of hwt sleepers, one is
10-1-2, the other 12-1. The accompanying sheet and dry transfer decals list
Fort Clark and Fort Dodge as leased to RI. There are no RI listings for any
12-1s. Does this help any?

The 12 Section - 1 Drawing Room cars were Pullman's most common arrangement.
There were 10 assigned to the Rock Island from plan 2410-F in 1921. The names
- Acme, Amerene, Amesbury, Amidon, Angelo, Anita, Argo, Aspern, Avon and
Callisto.

  Good luck,

  Steve

Thanks a million Steve, that's pure gold! :-)

  A couple of follow-up questions -

My 1932 timetable lists a 12-1 sleeper on the Mid-Continent Special (both
eastbound and westbound). Any ideas on the names for any of those?

As for the CRIP-owned cars (Club, Chair, Dining, Cafe-Parlor, Coach, etc),
would these have been "named" cars as well? Or simply numbered?

  Thanks,
  -Mark
