Dear Tom, It was a basic welded ICC caboose. We asked for slides for three different window patterns, but the car was designed using the EL caboose (again, welded and not riveted side panels). Two bays were included in the design, one similar to the Erie, and the other had straight sides (vs. angular). They were to use the same trucks and many of the parts from the EVC as they were only a few years apart in production. Don
