Since I enjoy building structures, here's what I'd like to see.  More typical 
50s-vintage structure details.  Electric meters, power drops, clothesline 
pulleys, TV antennaes, rural screen doors, window shutters and the art moderne 
front doors one saw on houses in the 50s and 60s.  Some enterprising kit 
manufacturer could offer a single photo etch sheet of a variety of these 
things.  The carrot  is, such a project could be just as easily done in the 
other scales as well.
