I have wondered about some of the Walthers Cornerstone products for S and have
purchased a few: Allied Rail Rebuilders [have one but need another for
kitbashing], American Millworks [have two and am good to go]. I wondered about
the Clarksville depot but thought the O-scale version offered at one time would
be the better choice. In addition, Walthers Cornerstone had an O-scale dairy,
and someone wrote about adapting it for S. The article appeared in the
S-Gaugian some years ago.

The problem with the Cornerstone items is that the O-scale items were sold to
ATLAS, I think, and the HO items appear and then are no longer available. It
seems they are seldom reissued. It takes me some time to determine whether I
want to invest the money in something that might not work out. People have
also adapted some of Walthers Cornerstone grain elevators for use in S. There
is no standard size grain elevator in the prototypical world. That fact
perhaps allows quite a variation in the use of grain elevators.

Subject: {S-Scale List} Walthers HO city depot

Just wondering how this building works dimensionally in S scale.
Seems I saw a pic of someone using it in S Gaugian or somewhere but I'll
be darned if I can find it. Thanks!
