Thanks for the email. I am glad you liked it. I am trying to improve my
layout photography skills as well.

 

I have a logging train not because I am a big fan of logging (note the PRR
RS1 in the background) but because of the significance of the Shay. It was
owned by the late great Howie Waelder. This Shay was Howie's first S Scale
item which lead to his joining the Central Jersey S Scalers and brought
Howie to become a wonderful part of our lives. Howie had a few PRR locos
which would have been nice but for me the Shay was IT - the ONE to have and
I do!

 

So I had to make a logging train for it since it would look silly with a
Double Stack unit train!
