Some of the super-serious scale modelers around here like to remark that the
operations guys would be happy using 2"x4" wood blocks with trucks and couplers
and a car number (felt tip pen). The more sidings the better and there is no
need for a mainline. Scenery, of course, is totally unnecessary.
