All -- I happen to know from personal experience that Ron Bashista (American Models) will sell you anything, including parts, chassis, and loco shells. His only hard and fast rule: If you want a loco shell, it will cost you $50 (or maybe more now -- I asked the question some ten years ago), undec only. I have purchased AM parts as arcane as pantographs, pantograph insulators, and Alco RS-3 clear window inserts.
