All: Try using Bolt & Rail Cement (Gray) from Home Depot. This was in Paul 
Scoles new book 'Building Scenery' explaned on page 74 & on.

It does not look like you will get very far with 1 jar. I have grade crossings 
I have to repair because I changed the track. I think it was originally done 
with spackle.
