Sorry to hear Jack is not well.. I have wondered why for the past few years (maybe 5+?) your N.O.S.S. Club has held a similar event on the same day as CJSS. While it admittedly is unlikely for anyone from NJ to attend on a regular basis, in days past CJSS used to get Michigan people in for the weekend. With the 51 other weekends to choose from... I don't attend the Spring Sprees or the Fall Fest so maybe that has an effect on the date choice since your club probably does.
