S scale content: While I am actively moving forward with new S scale
projects, while working on current ones (roller bearing truck production and
SAL B7 design improvements), I'll be slowed down in these endeavors over the
next weeks due to some REALLY COOL NEWS!

No S scale content >> Sometime around October 7th, the Craggy Mountain Line
RR (on which I'm Trainmaster) will receive our first diesel. It's a PURE
Alco S-3 from the Alexander RR. Never been re-engined and is in great shape
considering its 62 years old and despite 25 years of hard service on the
PRR, PC and Conrail. Not too old if you're a human but this is ancient in
"diesel years". During the following winter months, the engine will be
stored serviceable in our yard while we tend to getting ready to open for
business Spring 2013 with "the star of the line" pulling a caboose train
over 3.5 miles of former Southern Railway branch.

Wrapping up with S scale content >> Much of CML's freight car collection has
been used as reference material for some of my kit projects. The upcoming
PS-1 boxcars will benefit from our having a 40 and 50 foot version,
including 2 door styles. Next year promises to be very fruitful for S scale
modelers.
