Rusty,

Received the brass stirrup steps for the refrigerator cars some time ago and
now that I've seen them, I have a question. You identify them as sitrrups for
the PFE refrigerator cars. I assume that's because Pacific Rail Shops modeled
its cars after a specific PFE prototype.

And I do have one or two PRS PFE cars. I also have other refrigerator cars
from Pacific Rail. Wouldn't what you manufactured also come very close to the
type of stirrups used by other leasers to the various railroads? My question
also holds for SHS refrigerator cars.

Speaking of refrigerator cars, I see one need in a production of SFRD cars
which had features unique to the Santa Fe cars: five-foot-wide door openings,
hatches that opened opposite from the way they did on other refrigerator cars,
to name the two most obvious.

[Attachment(s) from rusty rustermier included below]

This is the next available part I plan on casting next week if all goes well.
This is a repair part for the steps on the plastic F-unit shells that have a
bad habit disappearing. If your interested contact me off list.
