Nope Gale don't remember those kits but I did at one time use the instructions 
from a Quality Craft "Canstock Car" to scratchbuild one of those cars. I 
suspect, except for cutting out the sides and fabricating the ends, I just 
built a kit! It turned out OK too. The modern, exterior post cars are perhaps 
alot easier to scratch than the transition era cars.
