Subject: Bob Jackson - Jack Sudimak

"Not all of us Jim... Bob was a great friend, an exceptional model
railroader and a true gentleman; his wise counsel will be missed. Many of us
chose to express our sympathy to the family directly rather than force Brian
to sift through the weekend spam attack.
BTW - Today it feels like cooler heads have prevailed or the moderators have
stepped in - either way, it is greatly appreciated... Jim Kindraka

I'm not sure it is my place to write this, but ........................ this
is how I see it: Bob Jackson was in the Frank Titman, Wally Collins class of
S modelers. Bob did lots and lots over the years for us, one, being editor
of our NASG Dispatch and also his doing a very complete history on S Gauge.
Bob wasn't always happy with our Yahoo S list and many of us conversed off
list with Bob on various S gauge subjects, but I'm sure he read it most
days.

I'm sure someone closer to these two great men will step forward and do a
proper obit on Bob and Jack Sudimak for their edification in our NASG
Dispatch. Also, possibly having our BOT come up with an Honorarium as well,
like we have done for other most significant S modelers in our past.

Bob and Jack will be missed.

I send prayers to all in this time of sadness and need.

"S"incerely,

Bill (FRaley)
