Plans?? You don't need no stinkin' plans...working from the photo should suffice. It's probably 10' wide, use the door as a reference for the height of the box and the air reservoir to determine the length. Evergreen Scale Models styrene sheet/shapes, wire, trucks, brake components, Tichy doors/windows, paint, decals...easy enough.
