Just got back from the show. Here is what I learned.
Lionels next Flyer cataloge will be out in Febuary. If you see something
that you wannt make a pre-order for that item.Pre-0rders give them an idea of
what to run. Without that number of pre-orders they just say the market is not
there so why waist our money on something that will not sell. End of that part.

The S cataloge will be out in April. They will do the SHS sectional track. The
F-3 is a go. As far as sound decoders go, they have 2 SHS body shells and they
need to see what it will take to get their O scale components into the
SHSshells. That will take time. So the best answer Ican give is wait the
cataloge. Again Preorders will help them know what we want. Again I feal like
pre-orders to lionel is the only way we will see anything for the scale side of
the picture.
I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but it is the straight forword
answer I got. End of discusion.
