They are both Y class 2-8-8-2 locos, but after that, lots of differences. Like comparing a GP7 to a GP18.

#2009 is an ALCo 1919 Y-3 loco and #2195 is one of the last batch of Y-6b locos built by the Roanoke Shops between 1948-1952.... like I said, lots of differences.
