I've made several decals using this. It's a bit tricky... need lots of dry time before clear coating and several coats of clear fixative, but the end results are good. Problem for us is that printers don't print white ink. Even printing yellow on clear decal paper is problematic since it depends on the white of the paper to make it opaque.
