The "real" railroads have a lot of information, generally on their "Investor 
Relations" or "Public Relations/ Communication" pages.   BNSF has over 3 dozen 
videos, though most are not specifically directed at us toy train toads... see 
the link below...   On Page 3 there is a link to the 33 second spot (It begins 
with an AT&SF steam locomotive on a turntable) that PBS plays two or three 
times a week at the beginning of the PBS News Hour highlighting BNSF Railway's 
support for that programming.   I happen to think it's a classy vignette...

NS included a CD with a 24 minute program of their response to Hurricane 
Katrina in their annual report some years ago.   Again loads of great railroad 
footage of bridge and track repair on a massive scale...   It's infinitely more 
interesting than Lionel/ MTH babble... at least to me!
