Tom: Not sure I am seeing the same thing but near the end it looks like covered hoppers moving around a curve with bright sunshine flashing through between the cars onto concrete(?) ties... That was about the only thing I saw that looked close...
I sometimes tape the News Hour to time shift, if it catches the spot I'll try and slow it down... Of course I use an ancient VCR recorder (Nicholson would be proud!)!
