The V&O car was offered as a tank car in O, HO and N.  I don't think there was 
a readily available tank car in S at the time, but they could have changed the 
reefer to something like silver w/black lettering.

I can understand mixing things up for the sake of variety, I suspect that's why 
the Canadaigua Southern car was a PRS hopper.  It is a nice car.

There was a time when it seemed like every S club was offering an SHS billboard 
reefer and frankly, I was getting pretty tired of billboard reefers and didn't 
order some of them.  

Sometimes, I would prefer a good ol' 40' boxcar red boxcar with a roadname that 
hasn't been made yet.  But, I suspect the majority of of the folks want 
something colorful as a commemorative.
