Thanks Michael for mentioning our name. I have quietly observed at least four
or five different people describing train shows and/or regional conventions in
recent weeks which have had some S activity -- usually a modular S layout.

In each case, nobody contacted the S SIG to obtain FREE handouts which could be
used to good advantage with folks showing an interest in S scale. Our free
handouts have been mentioned here many, many times, but nobody asks for them.
Forgetfulness is terrible.

Obviously the S SIG promotion efforts need to become more effective. If folks
set up a modular layout, but do not write a single email asking for free
handout material, something is wrong. We are missing an opportunity.

Just a thought for cogitation.
