CDS and TMR are two different entities. I don't believe Rusty's experience with CDS directly reflects on TMR.
I have purchased 100's of sets from CDS directly and never had any issue. The idea that no one can currently make dry transfers is not true. Clover House is able to offer NEW transfers right now. This is not old stock, but new artwork.
