I have all the extra scale wheels that came with my SHS hoppers. I have a SHS NW-2 Switcher that I can convert to scale wheels and have sound. I have SHS sectional track and flex track. I guess that makes me one of the few that can run High rail and scale wheels on the same track. All I need is more scale couplers, or I'm just going to have a transition car for both worlds. I am not a collector of American Flyer. Yes I still have my first American Flyer train set. It came with a K-325 Hudson . Alan Lambert Lionel’s new cylindrical hopper will have the mounting pad for Kadee couplers molded into the body/frame. Just attach the couplers and enjoy.
