I saw these maybe 2 hoses months ago. John Degnan mentioned them. The hose
ends are obviously small strong magnets that are not realistic looking at
all. I will stick with my BTS hose end castings. I have never tried it but
Billy said they can be coupled like the real thing as well. Since there are
no functional S Scale compressors Billy gets a pass on trying an Air Test.

 

I cut all the wires off my couplers since these photos was taken. This end
work really adds to the car. The N8 draft gear is 16" beyond the end sill.
No well dressed car leaves my shop without them.

 

Now if MangaLock (or anyone else) could cast some realistic magnetic S Scale
hose ends THAT would be the Planters Nuts! (:->)
