SHS rail is**code 139**. I measured it with my Starrett digital calipers.
I had a cache of code 125 turnouts thinking they were "close enough" to SHS rail until I measured it! It was not close enough - at least for me. I sold my code 125 turnouts and eventually went the route of P48 turnout casting kits.
