  Only the top inside edge of the rails needs to line up so code 125 track  
could be used with code 100 or code 139 from a mechanical  perspective. and the 
real railroads use compromise joiners all over the place so it also looks right 
from a conceptual perspective although the scale  sizes might be exaggerated a 
bit. 
 I like the idea of a new concrete ties flextrack as that's the new thing in 
the prototype world.I used to pull code 148 rail out of O scale Atlas tie 
strips and replace it with code 125 rail (it was a bit loose but ran fine) so 
maybe S scalers could pull the code 125 rail out of the concrete tie strips and 
replace it with code 100 if desired? ...DaveBranum
