On SHABBONA RR, I have two coaches converted from heavyweight pullman cars.
They have doors at both ends. The streamlined coaches I have both have a door
at one end only. Standard operating procedure is to run them with a streamlined
and heavyweight car lined up to put a door at each end of the cut, to minimize
turning activity at Terminal District when reversing trains. Whether they would
be considered chair cars, coaches, or a combination of the two, I have no idea.
