Steve,
I have 2 here in the bag waiting for some motivation and time. The ONLY reason I went with a QSI Titan Decoder is because they are the only company that offers a RDC sound. I now have everything I need to finish both my PRSL RDC1 including decals. My one previous QSI installation was in a O Scale PRR Doodlebug. I found the programming to be rather unnecessarily complex. I think QSI wants you to buy a programming box. That is not happening here!
