It is all small stuff.
Get new people at all cost. Don't turn them off, just redirect them.

HO does not care if you have American Flyer or Tyco.
We eat our young.
AF HO came out in 1938. It is old HO.

If we want more scale we get it by getting new people.
So use your time working on this. Stay focused.
