Hi Bill -- It seems to me that both Hoquat (Jeff Wilson) and Port Lines (Doug Peck) had some remnant stock of Bachmann Plasticville interlocking towers in hand. Probably the least expensive way to go, and if you care to do some surgery and add Evergreen stairs and other parts, they make excellent towers. Photos of mine attached... Disregard the tilted roof in one of the photos – it had been dislodged by a careless passerby (guess who).
