I'll second Bill's complimentary statements about Jerry Glow. I have no problems with him; his products are high quality and he has been most responsive to new needs and ideas. He did have some very serious family issues during the past couple years, which must be taken into account. You also have to take into account that S is a one-off business for him that he does as a concession to our "do it yourself" ethic as a group here. When I hear about delays I think about the entire project shelf above my workbenches which I have finally had to lighten up for structural reasons! Be happy, don't worry Chris Rooney
