I'd like to bring to everyone's attention two great new resources recently added to the S SIG's website.
The first is Brooks Stover's outstanding "A Model Railroader's Guide to Digital Photography" available as a .pdf download. Brook's guide first appeared on Model Railroader magazine's website. Brooks has generously allowed both the S SIG and the NASG to post this document on their sites. If you haven't read it yet and you plan on taking any pictures of your layout, you owe it to yourself to check it out at http://sscale.org/s-scale-resources/model-railroaders-guide-to-digital-photography/ The second is Dick Karnes' overview of current S Scale Passenger trucks. Dick does an excellent job of summarizing the trucks available to us today (and a few gone but commonly found on the secondary market) and even covers improvements that may be made to many of them. Click on the pics to see each truck in larger detail. I find it an extremely helpful resource.
