I think the ones Keith Weisman is selling are the former Tomalco kits. I remember seeing them at the last national narrow gauge convention I went to (Hickory, NC, 2011), and thinking they looked like the former Tomalco line. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I confirmed they were with Keith. Sometimes he does make some improvements when he takes over a line.

It resembles an early Faimont, but is missing a couple if details. I suspect the Wiseman kit will be the way to go, although I have not built one.
