I think the ones Keith Weisman is selling are the former Tomalco kits. I
remember seeing them at the last national narrow gauge convention I went to
(Hickory, NC, 2011), and thinking they looked like the former Tomalco line.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think I confirmed they were with Keith. Sometimes he
does make some improvements when he takes over a line.

Hi all --

My memory might not be accurate, but it seems like Building and Structures,
which was taken over by Bill Banta and carried on by him, had a speeder in
Sn3 that could probably be re-gauged -- if you can find one. These were
static models, and never meant to operate. Bill was going to do the
standard gauge version for years, but never got around to it. Of course,
once he decided to reduce his involvement in S, it all disappeared. A
quick look at P-B-L’s on line catalog shows none of the Banta little stuff,
even though Banta indicates Bill Peter got it.

Have fun!

Hi Trevor;

John Hall's model was a hand-built assembly of brass, wood, plastic and a white
metal engine casting. It resembles an early Faimont, but is missing a couple if
details.

I suspect the Wiseman kit will be the way to go, although I have not built one.
In the worst case, maybe parts from one of his trailers would help in standard
gauging it.
