Bob, Very nice set of cars. I always cringed when you entered a whole
passenger train in the NASG contest. There really isn't a great way of
showing an entire train in one photo, but I tried.
This might be a question for either you or Jamie, but who else had
articulated cars? And I didn't realize that the SP had that type of
chair cars, as I was only familiar with their dining cars.
Haven't seen RMC yet, but I'll make the trip shortly (all of 3 miles to
the HS!). I need to see it.

Early FNF as I finished the first articulated chair car set of the
1939 Daylight (as it appeared in 1952-56). These are a pair of 66
foot chair cars riding on three triple bolster trucks. I still have
another set of these chair cars and the triple-unit articulated diner
to complete. I may get the second articulated chair car done by the
NMRA convention tour in 2 weeks.
