After returning from Scranton (great job Jamie and Andy Malette!) I pulled out some old Cascade Hobbies 40" wheels. I bought a bunch years ago figuring I'd use them eventually.
They are indeed code 115 steel wheels on 3/32" axles blunt axles, single side insulated.
