The NMRA has published books of the clinics held at their national conventions, with some of the later ones on a CD instead. The 2011 NMRA clinic presentations and handouts are still on the convention website. Note that not all clinics may be on the publications.
I have some copies of videos taken during clinics at a National Narrow Gauge Convention, but the originals were "homemade". Clinics do not seem to be a big thing at NASG conventions compared to some other conventions I have attended, but if there were handouts, etc. available, IMHO they should be on the NASG website at a members only location.
