I guess if CHWRMVibra doesn't work on Symbian^3 then that may be the 
best we can do. Unfortunately this ties bell vibra to touchscreen 
feedback, so if it's disabled from the profile there won't be any 
vibration from PuTTY either. Oh well.

Have you had a chance to try this on an N8/C7, i.e. is this just an E7 
issue or a OS version difference?
